rawford Bay is located midway along the eastshore of Kootenay Lake. The lake is a pristine jewel laying between the rugged Selkirk and Purcell mountain ranges. See our Local Info page for a map of Crawford Bay.

We're a 3 hour drive from Spokane, Washington, 6.5 hours from Calgary, Alberta, and 9 hours from Vancouver, B.C.

The nearest cities are Nelson, about an hour to the west, and Creston, just a little more than 1 hour south.
